Built Around Your Calendar

Some of the people we see have a season, a calendar and something they're building towards. That changes how we work.

We've had professional players in the waiting room and we've had club-level competitors who train harder than some of the professionals. Both count. What matters isn't the level, it's that there's a date in the diary that the plan has to respect.

Someone twelve weeks out from a target event needs a different conversation from someone in the off-season with time to fix things properly.

In-season, the job is usually to keep you training and manage what’s there. Off-season, we can be more ambitious about the underlying problem, because there’s room to do it without costing you anything that matters.

So the first question is always what you're training for and when. If you tell us, we can build around it. If you don't, we'll give you a plan that might be technically correct and practically useless.

Minor sports injuries and tensions, back and neck pain, joint pain, muscle spasm and cramp, shoulder complaints. Alongside that, the recurring niggles that never quite become an injury but shape your training anyway.

We're not going to tell you chiropractic will make you faster. Plenty of clinics imply it and the evidence isn't there.

What hands-on treatment can do is help with pain, movement and recovery, which means more consistent training. Consistency is what actually makes people faster. That's a less exciting claim and a more honest one.

Coaches, physios, S&C staff, club medical teams. We're happy to work alongside all of them and to keep them in the loop if you want us to. We'd rather be one part of a coordinated plan than a separate opinion pulling in a different direction.
