I’m a South African–born, English-educated chiropractor who has been practicing in London for the past seven years. My journey into chiropractic began with a passion for understanding how the body moves and heals naturally. As a keen golfer and triathlete, I’ve experienced firsthand how chiropractic care not only enhances performance and recovery but also supports long-term health and balance—both on and off the golf or triathlon course.

My approach is vitalistic, meaning I focus on the body’s innate ability to heal and thrive when given the right support. I love working with people of all ages—from athletes aiming to optimize their performance to families looking to improve their overall wellbeing. There’s nothing more rewarding than helping someone move more freely, feel more connected, and get back to doing what they love.

For athletes, I work with them to achieve better functional alignment patterns through hands-on chiropractic care combined with targeted functional testing. For runners, cyclists, swimmers, and golfers, I use assessments tailored to your sport—my golf screens are TPI-inspired, while triathlon testing is evidence-based and drawn from my own racing journey— with the goal to help you perform better, and keep you injury-free in your chosen discipline.

Families and desk warriors receive the same focused care. I use tailored functional testing—from toddler developmental milestones to teen posture checks—supporting healthy development and alignment. For patients with hypermobility, I apply targeted stability assessments to enhance control and reduce strain. And for those spending long hours at desks, I incorporate practical mobility and posture tests to ease stiffness, improve posture, and help you stay energised throughout the day. I also integrate practical nutritional, supplement, and lifestyle guidance to help give you the tools to keep yourself as healthy as possible outside of the clinic.

In life outside of my profession, you’ll find me travelling the world with my wife, chasing extreme sports, cheering at rugby matches, or hosting a proper braai with family and friends.
