Thoughtful Thursday - April 7th

Hey everyone! Bit to get through again this month, lotta admin to get you all up to speed on, including our Easter opening hours. Plus Craig has a couple of new episodes on the Pod, and we take you for a spin at Ride Republic. Let’s go!

Clinic Updates
The time has finally arrived... we will be raising the prices of our pre-paid blocks of care from Tuesday, May 3rd, as mentioned when we raised the pay-as-you-go rate back in July.

The block of 12 will rise to £45 per visit (£50 at Marylebone) and the block of 24 will rise to £40 per visit (£45 Marylebone). We held off as long as we could and, as mentioned last time, this has been the first time we have raised our fees… well, ever!

However, we want to show our appreciation to everyone who’s supported us during these crazy times, so we have introduced a “Loyalty Rate”. The Loyalty Rate will be a block of 12 for £480 (£40 per visit) and £540 at Marylebone (£45 per visit). Anyone who has purchased a 12 or 24 block in the last year is welcome to utilise this offer until Christmas this year. Hopefully this helps everyone out a bit and is our way of thanking you for your continued support!

Wanna save some pennies on your care? Don’t forget about our “Refer a Friend” offer. This will also be changing from Tuesday, May 3rd… watch this space for more details!

Podcasts
On the Chiro.London Pod, proudly fuelled by Ground Coffee Society, Craig has a couple of new sports-related chats to listen to.

First up is one for the runners, as local legend and long-time client Greg Sendell discusses all things endurance running and the amazing madness that it is.

In his second ep, he chats to his cycling coach, Chris McNamara from Trainsharp, about how you can improve your performance on a bike by measuring your efforts - firstly just with heart rate analysis, then with the aid of a powermeter. A guide for novices and experienced bike athletes alike, and helpful info for anyone keen to tackle this month's Shameless Plug (read on to find out more).

Check out both episodes now on our website, Spotify, Apple and Google.

Shameless Plug
Our seven loyal followers on Instagram will have seen the team from Fulham getting out and about within the local fitness community a LOT to start the new year.

We have all our usual favourites like Absolute Studios, 9 Rounds, Body Society and Evolve, but the team wanted to try something different so they ventured to Ride Republic to go spinning!

To find out more, we’re throwing it over to Ride Republic’s Gareth for his, err… spin on things over at RR!

The classes at Ride Republic’s boutique studio offer a low-impact, performance-based cardiovascular workout on a bike. The studio has highly-trained instructors to help you reach your personal best, and the Burn Board is used to track your fitness improvements – you can see your progress through an online account.

Cycling shoes, towels and toiletries are provided, and it’s just a 5-minute walk from the Chiro.London clinic!

Keen to come in and experience a class for yourself? We are happy to offer a complimentary class to all Chiro.London clients to see if we could be a good fit for you! (New Ride Republic customers only). Simply create an account, then punch in the code “chirolondon22here to gain your free credit, simples!

Now that you’re all booked, Mike has also written a blog post about how to get the most out of your workout and improve your recovery, which you can find here.

A LOT to unpack again this month! Thanks for reading and hope you all have a nice, well-earned break now there appears to be consistent light at the end of the tunnel.

Happy Easter!
Drew
