Thoughtful Thursday - August 19th

We are chewing through the summer! Hope you are all enjoying some down time. I am on leave so this will be a short and sharp update as we start winding things down on these newsletters.

Clinic Updates
From our end, no news is good news again. Just a reminder to please continue wearing a mask into clinic. Had a few misunderstandings pop up in clinic, but our regulatory guidance as a medical provider is to continue with masks and hand washing/sanitising. More so to not make it awkward for the front desk and other clients for the brief time you are with us. Appreciate everyone being cool with it.

Another one is fleeing…
Is time to farewell another favourite – I know, I know. 😢

After the better part of five years hanging out with us and looking after you, Erana has made the call to bail back to New Zealand. She’s hurt all our feelings, but we are understanding given the current crazy in the world. We’d like to thank Erana for being everyone’s cool big sister while she’s been here, for trusting our (my) judgment, even when she thought we were mad, and for helping out – particularly when everything went crazy last year. We wish you all the best!

If you would like to see her again before she goes, you have till September 15th.

New chiros
If you missed it last week, Georgie has started out with team Fulham, which means we are open on a Sunday again for those of you who liked that.

Gareth has already seen a fair few of you over at Putney with some really positive feedback.

Will keep you all posted of any changes, and please do feel free to get in touch with your clinic with any feedback on how we can improve your experience.

In other great news, the people have spoken, and Don will be carrying on helping us out on Tuesday and Thursday mornings in Putney for the foreseeable future! Thank you all for chipping away at him for us. 😉

Holidays & changes

Marylebone: Luke is off from August 20th and back on September 1st.

Shameless Plug of the Week
EXTENDED!

Our offer for massage and sports therapy has been extended, mostly as we have come to the realisation not many of you are actually here to take advantage of it at the moment! So to our six fiercely loyal readers of this newsletter, quote ‘Treat Yo’self’ to nab £20 off one massage/sports therapy session and we will let you come in any time up to and including Sunday September 12th. We are also happy to honour it for anyone you pass this on to, provided you say lovely things about us!

We are now offering expanded massage at Kew, with the ladies Leah and Carina joining Alex. At Marylebone, Tallulah, Iskander and Darryl are still there looking after you, and our massage-only clinic on Wandsworth Bridge Road has Alex (from Kew) and Robyn offering massage and sports therapy to compliment your chiro care, and Clea offering Swedish relaxation massage.

Have a great, sunny and safe weekend!
Drew
