Ski Exercises to Prepare you for the Piste
When facing the impending winter in England, it can be tricky to find reasons to get excited. It does however mean the start of the ski season is just around the corner, giving us a lovely ray of hope as we make our way through the soggy darkening days.
If you’re lucky enough to be heading to the slopes this season it’s really important to be prepared for the impact it can have on your body. Even the very fittest of us can feel it after 8 hours on a mountain, especially as it uses such unique muscle groups.
