Whether you are super healthy and looking for some extra tips, or looking to improve your health but lacking the motivation or know-how to get you there – this workshop is perfect for you! Despite our initial enthusiasm to make changes to the way we live our life, old habits and patterns are hard to break. To make lasting changes we need to tackle our beliefs and behaviours at the very core, as it is these that determine our level of health and quality of life.
This health class is about Creating Healthy Habits. Throughout the evening we will identify certain behaviours and requirements for great health and vitality, discuss their importance and equip you with the information and knowledge to replace your bad habits with healthier ones. You will be given a workbook and each week for 13 weeks you will focus on forming a new Healthy Habit, nourishing your brain and your body, helping you to undo many years of conditioning and poor habit forming. The changes are easy to incorporate into your daily routine and, hopefully, you will continue to do them for life!
This program is proving very successful with over 50 people having completed the free course in 2011. This is a one off evening lasting 75 minutes followed by a weekly email to facilitate change. Come along to discover how easy it can be to create a healthier life, and understand why you can’t afford to not!
