Laugh your boots off ski comedy night

Momentum Festival at Profeet, 867-869 Fulham Road
Monday 21st November, from 7.00pm
You are invited to the first ever live stand up comedy show in a sports shop! Be entertained by the comedy team from the Momentum Festival; a taster for the action in Crans Montana at this season’s Momentum Ski Festival, Friday 16th to Sunday 18th March 2012.

Line up confirmed! Comedians Rufus Hound and Nick Doody announced

We are delighted to announce that Rufus Hound will be headlining next Monday’s ‘Laugh Your Ski Boots Off’ at Profeet in Fulham – the smallest and most unusual venue Rufus has ever played! He won that dance thing for Sport Relief dressed up as Cheryl Cole. Remember? And he’s on Celebrity Juice every week sat next to Fearne Cotton. Or as the eponymous hero of BBC’s Hounded. So that’s what he does. Though there’s other stuff as well.

He hosts Radio 4′s My Teenage Diary, took over from Anne Robinson to present the final series of OutTake TV for BBC1 and captained the Blue Team for three series of Dave’s Argumental. Oh, and he’s been a guest on a lot of things too. Jonathan Ross’s radio show, Strictly Come Dancing, It Takes Two, The Apprentice: You’re Fired, Xtra Factor, The Five o Clock Show, This Morning, blah blah blah.

On the evening:
– Live Stand Up Comedy (to start from 8pm) followed by Prize Draw
– Bring your ski boots for an MOT with the PROFEET expert technicians, headed up by Hamish Wolfenden.
– Also on offer a £50 voucher towards a Profeet Sport Analysis and Custom Orthotic Insoles (Usual price £150)
– Dr Craig McLean and his team at Putney Chiropractic will be holding a competition to see who is the strongest and most flexible. They’ll be testing you on 4 tasks relevant to skiing and prizes will be awarded for those who are the best and those who are the worst at these tasks.

Spaces are very limited and are issued on a first RSVP basis, so book yours now: email [email protected]
