February’s exercise of the month

This exercise has been taken for our get powerful to ski exercise program but can be used by anyone to strengthen your lower back muscles, core and help with coordinated movement of your leg muscles. You’ll need a dumbbell and be sure to keep your back straight and the weight nice and light to begin with. Do 3 sets of 10 reps. Check with your chiropractor to make sure you can perform this exercise without risk of injury.
