Arctic Ultra 2009
Dr Carlyle Jenkins is heading off
in February to attempt the Yukon
Arctic Ultra - the most extreme endurance footrace in
the world. Covering 515kms (12.5 marathons) non-stop over
6 days in temperatures down to -30C.
The boys have been on a serious training camp in Sweden -
here is some of what they got up to.

Champion fund raisers
He joins Team Helmut Adventure Racing Team whose founding
members are Simon Bayliff (PCC patient) , Jules Bartlett and
Andy Pocock.
Team Helmut has raised over £250,000 since 2000. This event
is dedicated to Breast Cancer Care a support charity for sufferers
and families. The sponsorship goal is £50,000 and they are
1/5 of the way there, so jump
