season updates 2009/10
We all know that your back gets a
big workout when you ski or snowboard. However, did you know
that nerves from your back run into your head and neck, down
your arms and legs and can be responsible for that back, neck,
shoulder, knee, hip, hamstring, leg or arm problem?
The Chiropractors at Putney Chiropractic understand the stresses

Ski and Snowboard Show 2009 - Official Chiropractor
We were on hand at this years London
Metro Ski and Snowboard Show treating
the athletes who were performing their latest moves on
the 50 ft kicker in the middle of the ski show. As you can
imagine they have a great collection of injuries that will
be keeping us busy.
Warren Smith Ski Academy part of the team
For over 5 years we have been working alongside the Warren
Smith Ski Academy based in Verbier Switzerland. In recent
years we have been invited to become an official member of
the Ski
biomechanics and Physiology team.
There is no one else in Europe who offers ski coaching that
incorporates an understanding of body biomechanics and physiology.
I highly recommend any
skier should attend one of Warren¹s courses either in
the UK or Switzerland..
City Ski Championships
We are the official chiropractors to the 2010
City Ski Championships, March 18th 21st, in Courmayeur,
Italy. Dr Craig will be in the finishing paddock putting everyone
back together again after they have ripped their fastest time
down the downhill circuit. Check

We have also worked with BBC Ski Sunday's Graham Bell to put
together the latest in ski exercises and fitness tips to get
