Thoughtful Thursday - March 7th

Matilda here! Hello, it's me again, tell a friend to tell a friend. (Too Gen Z for you all?)

It's International Women's Day tomorrow, and guess what? We're ready to shine the spotlight on the incredible female power we have right here at Chiro.London.

Fun fact: we're crushing it in the gender ratio department, ladies! Chiro.London is one of those rare companies where female staff actually outnumber the men (sorry, boys). Who runs this world? Girls!

But first, the serious stuff, including our Easter opening hours…

Easter Updates and holidays, with Andrea
Tooting: Team Toots will be here to look after you every day over Easter! Michael is presently on leave, returning to the clinic on March 23rd. Juliana will be absent from March 11th and will return on March 18th. Ramiz will be away from March 23rd and will return in time for the Easter weekend on March 29th. Sydney will be absent from March 21st until March 24th, with further absence on Easter Sunday, but Ramiz will be available for assistance.

Fulham: Fulham will be closed from Good Friday through Easter Sunday, but Jess will be available from noon on Easter Monday for those suffering from chocacollis (it’s totally a thing). Pauline will be off starting March 23rd and will return to the clinic on April 2nd, while Lucy will be away from March 29th to April 2nd.

Marylebone: The clinic will only be closed on Easter Sunday, and someone will be available to look after you all the other days. Silva is currently away and will return to the clinic on March 10th; she will also be off on Easter Sunday and back on April 1st. Luke will be off on March 29th and return to the clinic on April 2nd.

Kew: Kew will be closed from Easter Saturday through Easter Monday. Lucy will be working on March 29th (Good Friday) and will resume regular clinic hours from April 2nd.

Wandsworth Bridge: WBR will be open as usual on Good Friday and Easter Saturday for chiro and massage but will be closed on Easter Monday. Callum will be away for the Easter weekend and return to the clinic on April 3rd. He’s also recently added a Wednesday afternoon shift to his timetable.

Putney: Putney will only be closed for Easter Sunday. Conor is currently on leave and will return to the clinic on March 13th. George will be off from March 19th to 23rd to welcome the arrival of baby number two, and then from March 26th, returning to clinic on March 30th just in time for Easter Saturday/Boat Race day! Craig will be away from March 26th and returns on April 8th.

Chiro.London Podcast
In the latest Chiro.London Pod, proudly fuelled by Ground Coffee Society, Craig talks to one of our newer chiros and a member of Team Fulham, Jess Hambly!

In what can only be described as a rather varied chat, they discuss everything from Jess’ Aussie background and her health philosophy, to her former work as a doula, and the difference between bourbon and cognac (yes, really).

Take a listen now on our websiteSpotifyApple and Google.

Shameless Plug
Given we’re mere hours away from International Women’s Day, it’d be remiss of us not to introduce you to our newest (female) massage therapist, Mackenzie! You’ll find her at our Wandsworth Bridge clinic on Tuesday afternoons and Saturday mornings.

As an introductory special, Mackenzie is kindly offering £20 off your first massage with her this month (March 2024). Which also makes a pretty great gift, especially if you haven’t bought anything for mum for Mother’s Day yet…

Simply email or call the clinic on 0207 183 1374 and quote “Welcome Mack” to take advantage of this offer.

That’s all from me this month. See ya later, millennials!
