MRI at Putney Chiropractic
While digital x-ray is a fantastic diagnostic tool, sometimes there is a need to look more closely at the situation. An MRI is an incredible way of looking inside the body and providing answers with no risk to the individual. 
We have two great options for MRI studies at Putney Chiropractic. While we do not have an MRI on site we do have close relations with two nearby facilities. The King Edward 7th Hospital (near Harley Street) and Vista Diagnostics (by Waterloo Station) both in London. Our referral preference is to King Edward 7th as our consultant radiologist in on staff there and can provide a seamless service. If, however, you do not have private medical insurance, then you can still pay direct at Vista who have scans available from £200. Both offer a very swift turnaround.

- Opening Hours: Monday to Friday: 8:30am – 6:00pm
- Patients must have a signed request form from either their GP or Specialist Consultant. These can be faxed in advance (preferred) or patients can bring their request form with them on the day.
- Appointments are required for all MRI examinations.
- Routine imaging reports are sent to the referring clinician within 24 hours or via individual arrangement for named referrals.
- Inpatient charges will be included in the main hospital account. Outpatients will need to contact their insurance company prior to imaging to obtain pre-authorisation. Self paying patients are kindly requested to settle their account on the day of attendance.

- The Vista Radiologist report will be returned to your referring clinician within one to two business days, depending on the sub-specialty expert required.
